All orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days after confirmation.

Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

🚫 Returns & Cancellations

Please note that we currently do not accept returns or cancellations once the payment has been completed.

Each piece is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure the best quality.

For damaged or wrong products received, we only accept an exchange.

To process the exchange, we require a package opening video showing the product immediately upon delivery.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue.
