Q1. Where does SC Designers ship to?
A: We currently ship all across India 🇮🇳 — whether you're in Delhi, Jaipur, or chilling by the beach in Goa, we’ve got you covered. For deliveries outside India, please DM us on Instagram @sc__designers!

Q2. How long does delivery take?
A: Our outfits usually reach you in:
• 5–7 working days once dispatched.
• Dispatch time is 2–4 business days (from the time of order confirmation).

We'll update you the tracking.

Q3.Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: For now, we accept only prepaid orders ✅. We’re working on bringing Cash on Delivery (COD) soon so shopping with us becomes even easier. Stay tuned!

Q4. How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard shipping is FREE on prepaid orders above ₹999.

Q5. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
A: If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we got you. Just reach out to us quickly via WhatsApp or DM — we’re pretty responsive 😉

Q6. What happens if I miss my delivery?
A: No worries! The courier usually attempts delivery 2-3 times. If you still miss it, we’ll reach out and help reschedule or sort a solution.

Q7. Do you deliver on weekends?
A: Yup! Courier timelines vary by city, but in most locations, deliveries can happen on Saturdays and sometimes Sundays too!

Q8. Is there any exchange fee?
A: Yes, there’s a small exchange fee of ₹99 💫 — this helps us cover the reverse pickup and reshipping costs. We promise to make your exchange process super smooth and hassle-free!
