📦 Shipping

• All orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days after confirmation.

• Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

• You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

🚫 Returns & Cancellations

• Please note that we currently do not accept returns or cancellations once the payment has been completed.

• Each piece is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure the best quality.

• For damaged or wrong products received, we only accept an exchange.

• To process the exchange, we require a package opening video showing the product immediately upon delivery.

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue.
